ENERGY HEALING
I offer hands on energy work rooted in the teachings of Reiki and other Somatic modalities. The aim is to help you restore balance in your body and mind. This is a beautiful compliment to other types of medicine both traditional and non traditional. Learning to work with your nervous system and routinely achieve deeper states of parasympathetic rest allows for greater healing. Life can push us to our edge sometimes and aggravate a host of physical and emotional symptoms. Health is a continuum, and sometimes the most subtle physical adjustments that you make can allow the ease needed to move through what feels like a large hurdle. Together, we can tune into the intelligence of your body to address your unique needs. Sessions are $120 for 90 minutes and available on my ranch in Abiquiu New Mexico or as a house call in Abiquiu, Taos or Santa Fe New Mexico. I also offer remote sessions by phone anywhere in the world, the benefits of remote healing are equal to or sometimes even greater than in person sessions. Feel free to inquire about sliding scale.
