My approach is rooted in the teachings of Reiki, vibrational tuning fork therapy, EMDR and other Somatic modalities.

Learning to work with your unique energy and nervous system and routinely achieve deeper states of parasympathetic rest allows for greater healing. Life can push us to our edge and aggravate a host of physical and emotional symptoms. Health is a continuum, and sometimes the most subtle physical and emotional adjustments that you make can allow the ease needed to move through what feels like a large hurdle. Energy medicine is a great compliment to Eastern and Western medicine and can support healing from injury, surgery, and disease. Together, we can tune into the intelligence of your body to address your unique needs and guide you towards your most embodied expression. Energy Healing sessions are $120 an hour and can be provided in person on my ranch in Abiquiu New Mexico, or by phone anywhere in the world.
