

Energy Healing
How I work with those who choose me is really quite simple. We start with what you are experiencing in your body, tune into your emotions and attitude and then guide new practices so you consistently feel better.

Your Body
Inner content needing to be processed usually manifests as a physical symptom or a mental or relational pattern that is causing you to suffer. I work by sending energetic information into your biofield so that you can feel immediate relief from pain and tension, and relax deeply to recover.

Your Feelings
Feeling it to integrate it can sometimes only take 60 seconds, other times you need a longer process or ritual around a certain layer of your experience. Often you've got to feel bad about what you've had, to really be present to where you are now. If you really feel it, the you that lived through it no longer has to feel exiled because of it. Together we can locate the emotional content within you that is asking to be witnessed.

Your Attitude
Once we have a better map of your inner landscape, we can work with your attitude. An attitude of healing focuses first on the parts of you that have been sent into the dark out of shame or survival and acknowledges the parts of you that overdeveloped to protect who you are now. Acknowledging the impact of what hurt you is not a victim mentality it is survivorship. Some of those lead actor parts within you need to rest while the ones overshadowed get some first aid and space to integrate.

Your Practice
There are so many practices to choose from. I keep it simple and teach a method of tuning in and circulating more balancing energy within your system. It is subtle yet life changing. All it requires is a consistent practice of connecting to your body and hearing the signal. My goal is to keep it practical, so five minutes with your morning coffee will do. You will need the discipline to heed the messages that you get, and to follow through until you've turned your inner metal into gold.
